BlackBerry is best known to the general public as the developer of the BlackBerry brand of smartphones and tablets, but also well known worldwide as a provider of secure & high reliability software for industrial applications and Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Coast was appointed by BlackBerry to produce a range of marketing and user literature for use within the EMEA countries of Egypt and Israel.  The marketing pieces were developed closely with the BlackBerry brand team, but also had to work with the appropriate service provider. We produced these items in English, Egyptian and Hebrew. Alongside the marketing literature we also produced ‘get started’ user guides to accompany the handsets – working from the concise on-line user guide Coast edited and wrote the guide to ensure all the most important information was there to get the user started.
